Help Empower Survivors red 1600 JPG

“Breaking the chains for those victimized as children by human trafficking, child abuse and bullying to lead survivors into lives filled with faith, hope and love.”

Ark of Hope for Children is empowering advocates and donors to bring care and awareness to those victimized as children by human trafficking, child abuse and bullying. Ark of Hope is a human rights umbrella organization using a trauma informed approach to serve survivors through our various programs.

This approach acknowledges that traumatized people often respond to daily life quite differently even years after their traumatic experiences ended. If we can address their trauma, we can change lives. Unconditional love, understanding and mentoring support can empower victims to mold the challenges of their past into hope filled futures as thriving survivors.

Statistics we have gathered about child trafficking, child abuse and bullying show that intervention is highly needed. Click the links above to the latest statistics or click on our programs below that highlight our efforts to mobilize lighthouses of hope for survivors throughout the U.S. and beyond.

Why we care

Ark of Hope's mission and goals

Team Removing Chains GT16's mandate is to help Ark of Hope for Children reach it's fundraising goals to grow their great support and empowerment efforts for people victimized as by human trafficking and child abuse.

Team Removing Chains GT16 is made up of ArkAngels, the Social Network Ambassadors for Ark of Hope for Children. We span all social networks and choose to share with our online and offline families throughout Thanksgiving (U.S.), Giving Tuesday, Christmas, New Year's and the U.S. tax deductible giving season until January 4, 2017. ArkAnge4ls are a global family pushing Ark of Hope's efforts as many of them reach right into our countries around the world, and we want that effort to be able to expand for all of our traumatized kids!

This year Ark of Hope for Children is rasing funds for;

Removing Chains live chat survivor support site that has we have reached victims and survivors throughout the U.S. and in many countries around the world. Bound only by the English language the difference they can make in 13+ topically focused text chat rooms and site support services that can be amazing. Thru it Ark of Hope desires to provide top quality security and mentoring styled emotional support that often traumatized survivors need to be able to thrive. We need the public’s help in having the needed support system to act as listeners and mentors needed to support global survivors.

Now through our cooperative #WriteForHope Project we are compiling a soon to be ready for publishing compilation of short stories, art and poetry authored by child abuse and trafficking survivors themselves! This victim empowerment project is already giving survivors a voice from three countries! We expect to able to print more in our highly anticipated series entitled “Stories of Hope: Removing the Chains of Child Abuse”. We need your help in getting the first book published and printed which could be done before 2016 ends!

Ark of Hope is one of the few nonprofit organizations and NGO’s not just advocatinig for but actually providing care and empowerment for child survivors of child abuse and human trafficking, young and old.

ArkAngels can join in and set up their own partner fundraiser before #GivingTuesday November 29, 2016 and throughout the season. Razoo’s fundraising service is waving all fundraising fees for our nonprofit organization to expand giving and multiply our impact through their #RazooGT16 campaign! So make your own fundraiser by joining Ark of Hope’s Razoo team or donate to this effort.

Whichever way you choose we truly value you as part of our #ArkofHope team bringing true hope and life change. Together we are “Breaking the chains of abuse for those victimized as children by child abuse, human trafficking and bullying.”
